Qualifications

• 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest (desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a great shopping experience and in-depth product information.
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics, stock, and merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge.
• Represent Cycle Gear at special events.
