Job summary

MotoSport.com Roanoke is seeking a Parts, Accessories & Shipping Associate to deliver front-counter service while keeping parts, shipping, and receiving operations running smoothly.

You will greet walk-in customers, process service department requests, manage special orders, and ensure shipments are received and stocked accurately. The role requires a passion for powersports, basic mechanical knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of service experience in any industry; customer service background preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of at least one powersports segment (Dirt, Street, ATV, Utility ATV, UTV, Cruiser).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist over-the-counter customers in a friendly, professional manner; prioritize walk-in customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals established by management; upsell to customers.
• Handle parts and accessories requests from the service department.
• Receive, inspect, and check in parts and accessories shipments; stock received items accurately.
• Abide by dealership policies, maintain housekeeping standards, and support overall department goals.
