Responsibilities

Assist service advisors with receiving and pickup of customer units.
Pickup and delivery of customer units as required.
Assist technicians and shop foreman with control of all units.
Pre-stage next unit for service.
Clean completed units.
Keep the warehouse organized for easy access of all units at all times.
Maintain the service department workspace and organization.
Maintain positive working relationships with managers, employees and departments.
Follow dealership policies as needed.
