Job summary

Mountain Motorsports LLC in Buford, GA is seeking a Set up/Build Technician for Motorcycle, ATV and Powersports. You will QC, perform PDI, and test ride multiple powersports vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.

You will proactively build units for the sales floor, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and look for ways to improve performance. Strong mechanical aptitude and safety mindset are required, plus the ability to ride or drive powersports and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents including but not limited to assembly manuals.
• Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Regular Scheduled Attendance is required during store hours to meet the needs of the customers and the company.
• Clear MVR allowing our insurance to cover you.
• Education Requirements 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Written Communication to include basic computer knowledge i.e. typing and the use of scheduling systems.
• Motorcycle endorsement within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• QC, PDI and test ride multiple powersports vehicles in a timely manner and according to Manufacturer specifications.
• Proactively build units for the sales floor to replace sold items.
• Maintain a clean, efficient and safe workspace.
• Constantly look for ways to improve your performance and your department.
