YO AI Labs is seeking a remote PowerPoint Specialist on a contract basis. The role focuses on designing and delivering complex business documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word within Fortune 500-style scenarios. Collaboration with an advanced language model will drive creation and refinement of .pptx deliverables.

You will assess AI-generated results, craft high-quality prompts, and guide multi-turn discussions to produce executive-ready materials for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with significant exposure to Excel and Word; proven ability to create and review professional business documents.
• Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail across roles like strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Ability to develop realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior engagement with LLMs or AI tools is highly desirable, especially in iterative conversations.
• Titles such as private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist fit well.

• Collaborate with an advanced language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, especially focusing on .pptx formats.
• Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task turn, selecting the most accurate and effective result based on quality dimensions.
• Create prompts and tasks that would typically require substantial business acumen and multi-hour effort to accomplish without AI assistance.
• Engage in structured, four-turn conversations with the LLM, offering feedback and preferences after each round.
