Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a PowerPlus Developer to join our Washington, DC metro area team. This full‑stack role focuses on integration and development of backend applications and connectors for PowerApps and ServiceNow solutions used to support business processes.

You will analyze requirements, design and implement enterprise solutions, collaborate with multiple offices, and ensure systems meet standards. A strong background in modern front‑end and back‑end technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Math/Finance/Business/Public Administration or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of web application development experience with 2 years of full stack development.
• Master’s degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent combination (Senior).
• Experience with third‑party systems.
• Experience developing in cloud-based ServiceNow and PowerApps deployments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, apply, and support complex enterprise projects.
• Evaluate customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Interface with other offices, consult with user departments on system requirements, and resolve problems and operating difficulties.
• Participate in problem resolution related to system design and review.
• Recommend approval of functional and technical design documents and enactment of system updates.
