Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor primary and auxiliary power plant equipment such as boilers, turbines, and generators.
• Monitor meters and systems to regulate power flow and detect problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to prevent failures.
• Document operations with logs, forms, and malfunction reports.
• Lead daily work and shift scheduling; train team members on equipment monitoring.
• Serve as SME on cross-functional teams and participate in special projects.
