Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a Powerline Operator or similar role in electrical distribution.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous learning.

  • Operate specialized equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and line trucks safely and efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to emergency outages and restore power with minimal disruption.
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections.
