Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Powered Industrial Equipment Operator to join our Plainfield facility. You will operate turret, cherry picker, stand-up forklift and walkie stacker to move product and stock across the warehouse.

The role requires 6 months forklift experience, the ability to reach heights over 30 feet, lift 50 lbs, and work mandatory overtime including weekends. Competitive hourly pay reflects shift variation and benefits after the 90-day period.

Responsibilities

• Perform full case and pallet picking; pallet building.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory levels.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear safety shoes.

How You Will Contribute:

You will be a crucial link between our inventory and stores/customers across the country.

Shift:

1st (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd (3:00pm-11:00pm), & 3rd (11:00pm-7:00am) overtime required including weekends

Path to Permanent Employment:

New hires participate in a 90-day evaluation period designed to support training and successful integration into the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a turret, cherry picker, stand-up forklift, and walkie stacker
• Down stacking pallets. stowing product, movement of product throughout the facility, full case picking, full pallet picking, and pallet building
• Cycle counts to maintain inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned, both on and off the powered equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines – safety shoes required
