Emerson is seeking a Co-Op Engineer for Cranberry Township, PA, Blue Bell, PA, or Detroit, MI. You will work with experienced engineers on automation and control technologies for critical infrastructure, contributing to projects in energy and water.

This paid co-op emphasizes learning through hands-on design, execution, and collaboration with global teams. You will develop skills in automation technologies, engineering processes, and product applications while gaining exposure to customer sites

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Enrollment in a formal co-op program as part of engineering curriculum, with ability to return for multiple rotations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience how engineering solutions are developed to balance technical requirements, customer needs, project schedules, and business objectives.
• Partner with senior engineers who will provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate with fellow co-op students on team-based and cross-functional projects.
• Build technical, project, and problem-solving skills through meaningful hands-on experience.
