Rolling Suds of OKC is seeking a part-time Power Washing Professional and Window Washer in Fort Worth/Arlington. This role involves exterior maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties, and training is provided. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on performance and bonuses for 5-star reviews.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Exterior maintenance service for residential and commercial properties: cleaning houses, buildings, driveways, roofs, apartments, shopping centers, parking garages, etc. Window cleaning with water‑fed pole systems. Operating commercial equipment and applying cleaning chemical solutions. Ladder and occasional roof work.

Schedule

On‑call and as‑needed. Work is scheduled as we have jobs— you are available or you are not, no pressure. Weekdays, evenings (commercial), and weekends hours available.
