No prior power washing experience required, but leadership and reliability are essential to succeed in this role and advance within the franchise family.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
• Ability to perform general labor and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the power washing team to complete jobs to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Guide and mentor other team members using your experience.
• Ensure tasks are performed professionally and efficiently.
