Your role will entail supervising the power washing team, ensuring excellent service and job completion to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of leadership experience, and must be comfortable with general labor tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50lbs.

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with ample opportunities for career growth, training, and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members.
