Job summary

Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead full project delivery on on-site sites in South Dakota and North Dakota. The role is exempt/salary with a pay range of $100,000-$145,000 and about 50% travel to support project execution.

You will own planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and field execution, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Business.
• Experience managing construction projects with schedule, cost, and execution accountability.
• Experience leading RFIs and change orders in contracts.
• Experience in power delivery construction (transmission, distribution, or substation).
• Understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM systems; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution from award through closeout, including schedule, cost, and margin performance.
• Lead contract administration activities including RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Build, manage, and recover project schedules; coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors.
• Manage project financial controls including forecasting, cost tracking, and health reporting.
• Lead meetings; communicate status, risks, and action plans clearly to clients and teams.
• Coordinate procurement, buyout, and material planning for field execution.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, quality, and contract requirements.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project support staff.
• Support invoicing and client-facing documentation for payment and change recovery.
