Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, math, stats, or energy-related discipline.
• 2+ years of business or professional work experience in power or trading.
• Able to lead and train entry-level associates and analysts.
• Committed to an inclusive environment and equity in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily market operations and analytics tasks.
• Deliver high-quality forecasts and analytics to customers.
• Operate models and data visualization tools daily.
• Present research projects to the ISO desk and leadership, advising on actions.
