Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Read work instructions, drawings, diagrams, photographs, and sketches.
• Align, fit, and secure parts to required specifications and tolerances.
• Perform assembly operations involving mechanical components and attachments.
• Use drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, gauges, and test fixtures.
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
