This role is responsible for conducting technical training for employees, primarily focusing on power systems and generators. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in diesel engine, electrical, and/or power generation.
• Experience with Caterpillar engines used for power generation products preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, NFPA, and NEC.

• Organize, conduct, and evaluate technical training courses for employees.
• Teach courses focused on power systems and generator content.
