Riggs CAT in Little Rock, AR seeks a Power Systems Engineer to support our power systems initiatives and drive growth. You will oversee power systems projects from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction over the timeline.
The role requires strong engineering background, leadership, and collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Travel 25% and experience with diesel engines and generator systems preferred.
Description: The Power Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting our power systems initiatives and to achieve overall Riggs and CAT growth targets. This position will provide comprehensive oversight of specific power systems projects from beginning to end to ensure customer satisfaction along the timeline.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Employee must be able to lift 25 lbs of force occasionally and 10 lbs of force frequently.
The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
