Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Power Systems Modeling Engineer - Distribution to advance modeling accuracy and planning outcomes. The role resides in Integrated System Planning and focuses on maintaining power flow models and data quality across distribution planning efforts.

The ideal candidate brings strong power systems modeling skills, experience with ETL workflows in Databricks, and familiarity with hosting capacity analyses, to support grid modernization and regulatory filings.

Qualifications
