You will perform mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting to manufacturer specifications, keep required tools, and document repairs accurately while monitoring costs and timelines. Collaboration with team and mentoring others are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
• Proficient in the use of a computer and dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain necessary set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Inspect components to ensure maximum parts are being reused to control repair costs; document repairs and times.
• Monitor job expenses versus repair estimates and alert supervisor to cost overruns.
• Collaborate with team, train/mentor others, and perform other duties as assigned.
