By participating in our Engineering Boot Camp, you will be considered a full-time Engineer I and paired with a structured training & development program built to accelerate your growth in the power industry. You'll dive into focused classroom instruction led by seasoned Qualus engineers and industry experts, participate in immersive site visits, and gain hands-on substation safety and equipment training. You'll also receive guided preparation for the FE exam to help you build a strong technical foundation from day one. As a Power Systems Engineer, you will work with several departments in different geographies to perform power system studies including short circuit and equipment evaluation, overcurrent coordination and protection, arc flash, load flow, motor starting, power quality, and harmonic analysis.
The Winter 2027 Engineering Boot Camp, powered by Qualus University, will be starting January 2027. As a program participant, you will receive an offer to be a full-time employee with Qualus.
