Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Experience with distribution system design concepts and analyses.
  • Familiarity with short circuit, load flow, and protection coordination studies.

Responsibilities

  • Continues to learn and remains current on departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and BV policies.
  • Prepares a variety of increasingly complex engineering deliverables and calculations.
  • Coordinates with project leadership and team members on projects; mentors entry level professionals.
  • Interacts with clients to understand external interests and internal project needs.
  • Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts.
