Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Power System Service Analyst to drive strategic service operations through advanced analytics, forecasting, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Service, Sales, Parts, Marketing, Finance, and BI teams to develop insights that boost service performance and efficiency.
The role involves creating dashboards, supporting reporting requests, and leading data-driven process improvements across departments.
The Power System Service Analyst is responsible for driving strategic service operations initiatives through advanced analytics, executive reporting, forecasting, process automation, and continuous improvement. This position partners with Service, Sales, Parts, Marketing, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to develop actionable insights that improve service performance, customer growth, and operational efficiency.
