Qualifications

• 2+ years of continuous work experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Willingness to learn process systems to advance in lines of progression.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of designated department: Power, Recovery & Waste Water.
• Fill in as needed to cover vacancies and maintain operation.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform minor maintenance.
• Water testing, hog fuel sample testing, and providing accurate results.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow housekeeping duties.
• Work with vendors, peers, and department managers as required.
• Operate within 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
