Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or enterprise platforms is a plus.
• SaaS product support, web frontend development, or QA experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and customer-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Power Platform support across Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop low-code solutions and automate business processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with customers and teams.
• Contribute to AI-enabled experiences and automation projects.
• Work in a fast-paced support or engineering environment.
