Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years advanced expertise in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Business Process Flows, Connectors).
  • 5+ years' experience administering Power Platform and SharePoint, including governance, DLP policies, environment management, and security roles.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions to support business processes and collaboration.
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications and features.
  • Serve as SME across Power Platform components (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Connectors, Dataverse, AI Builder, Power BI).
  • Administer and govern Power Platform and SharePoint Online, including environment strategy, DLP, security roles, and monitoring.
  • Mentor citizen developers and drive platform adoption across the organization.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SharePoint Online using SPFx.
  • Implement Azure Functions and Logic Apps to extend integration capabilities.
  • Design and develop Azure Runbooks for automated deployment and maintenance.

Job Description

We are looking for a guru‑level Power Platform and SharePoint expert with deep experience developing enterprise‑grade solutions using Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, and other core components of the platform. The ideal candidate will also manage Power Platform and SharePoint administration, ensuring governance, environment management, security, and compliance across both ecosystems.

This role will additionally serve as a Power Platform evangelist, promoting best practices, enabling citizen developers, driving adoption, and guiding the organization toward scalable, high‑value solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a wide range of SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions to support business processes and collaboration needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable applications and features.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across all major components of the Power Platform, including:
    • Canvas Apps
    • Model‑Driven Apps
    • Power Automate (Automated, Scheduled, Instant)
    • Business Process Flows
    • Connectors
    • Dataverse
    • AI Builder
    • Power BI (preferred)
  • Administer and govern both Power Platform and SharePoint Online, including environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, solution management, monitoring, and compliance.
  • Act as a Power Platform evangelist, promoting best practices, mentoring citizen developers, and driving platform adoption across the organization.
  • Develop, customize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SharePoint Online using SPFx.
  • Implement Azure Functions and Logic Apps to extend and integrate SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Design and develop Azure Runbooks to support automated deployment, maintenance, and operational tasks.
  • Use PowerShell to perform administrative, automation, and integration tasks within SharePoint Online.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices across SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
Required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years advanced expertise in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Business Process Flows, Connectors).
  • 5+ years' experience administering Power Platform and SharePoint, including governance, DLP policies, environment management, and security roles.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administration
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Desired
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, including SPFx, site architecture, permissions, and solution development.
  • Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and AI Builder / Power Platform AI capabilities.
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and guide citizen developers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
  • Work surface is stable (flat)
