Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is hiring a mid- to senior-level Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to design, deliver, administer, and support mission-focused business solutions. The role emphasizes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online administration with Dataverse integrations.

The candidate independently designs and delivers complex solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, and follows security and governance standards in a government/regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• IAT II Certification (Security+) is required to start.
• A DOD Secret Clearance is required to start.
• Four+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or SharePoint.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including integration and maintenance.
• SharePoint Online administration experience including site management and permissions.
• Experience with Dataverse and SharePoint data sources and integration approaches.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform environment management.
• Ability to design and deliver moderately complex to complex solutions and balance priorities.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and sustain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Architect, develop, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and integrations.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports, models, and dashboards.
• Perform SharePoint Online administration and governance tasks.
• Implement SharePoint-based solutions integrated with Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, and 365 services.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse tables and security as needed.
• Lead technical discovery, estimate effort, and advise on platform capabilities.
• Own troubleshooting and production support for existing solutions.
• Manage ALM practices and deployment packaging across environments.
