Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Power Platform Senior Developer Lead to modernize collaboration and business processes by driving SharePoint Online migrations and delivering cloud-first solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.

You will architect and implement robust Power Platform solutions, lead migrations from InfoPath, and work across teams to ensure security, governance, and seamless integration with Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions across Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience migrating InfoPath forms/workflows to modern Power Platform solutions.
• Administration and design for SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.
• Experience integrating Entra ID with security and conditional access.
• Strong scripting (PowerShell) for automation and administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance governance, and DLP.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain Power Platform business solutions.
• Lead migrations from legacy InfoPath forms and workflows to Power Platform.
• Design and maintain SharePoint On-Premises/Online solutions with security and scalability.
• Perform admin tasks: permissions, site collections, troubleshooting across hybrid environments.
• Integrate with Entra ID for authentication and conditional access.
• Create documentation, migration guides, and end-user training materials.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical designs.
