Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on software engineer with deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform to design, configure and develop custom solutions using data flows, Power Automate and Power Apps. You will support the MPP application and collaborate with clients and stakeholders, including C-level management, to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of four (4) years of professional experience
• US Citizenship is contractually required
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree (4yr college degree) required
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer (on-premise and Online) and PowerApps/Power Automate (M365)
• Experience in designing complex common data models
• Relational database concepts proficiency
• Experience with Power Apps / Power Automate connectors
• Experience developing PowerApps models and SaaS/PaaS environments
• Strong communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical users
• NGO experience is a plus
• Power Platform CoE and governance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases
• Identify client requirements through discovery
• Deliver services using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams and data integrations
• Provide hands-on technical design and implementation
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer
• Automate business processes with Power Apps, Power Automate and Data flows
• Develop and refine Power Platform standards and tools
• Present demonstrations of the technology solution
• Ensure high quality, bug-free development
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and report status
• Collaborate to design and implement enterprise Dynamics solutions
• Serve as Power Platform SME with architecture, configuration and security focus
• Create design documentation for new solutions
• Work with support to resolve production issues
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and roadmap
