Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is hiring a Power Platform/SharePoint Developer in Minnesota for a hybrid, full‑time role. You will design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions, develop SharePoint sites, and integrate with Office 365 to streamline operations in the public sector.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Power Platform experience, strong collaboration and documentation skills, and familiarity with SDLC, governance, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; IT/computer science or related field.
• At least 2 years developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience automating workflows and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams) and other platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and end-users to gather and document requirements.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Create documentation and training materials for successful adoption.
• Ensure governance, data management, security, and compliance best practices.
• Participate in SDLC activities from analysis to deployment and post-production support.
