Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Power Platform/SharePoint Developer to design, build, and deploy Microsoft solutions that improve public sector operations. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Office 365 to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience building and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Office 365 integration (Outlook, Teams) and low-code platforms.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Platform and SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform components and workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with Office 365 apps and other platforms.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and document technical specifications.
• Identify and implement workflow automation to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams on governance, data management, security, and compliance.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Stay current with Power Platform and Office 365 updates and best practices.
