Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on development with technical leadership.
• Experience designing and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable distributed software.
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions across Dataverse, API layers and services.
• Collaborate with product managers and partner teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain technical debt and ensure security, reliability, and performance.
