Job summary

Maxpath Technologies LLC is seeking a MS Power Platform developer to build a statewide billing system. The role focuses on recreating legacy functionality using Power Platform tools and Dataverse, with data mirroring from AWS SQL to Dataverse and Dynamics-driven invoicing workflows.

The candidate will implement PayIt integration for invoicing, track payments, and support reporting on program performance. Strong communication and independence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• 3+ years of MS Power Platform development experience.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SQL database structure.
• Preferred: PL-400 certification or higher.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a system to replicate the legacy statewide billing functionality in Power Platform.
• Create a data pipeline mirroring SQL data from AWS to Dataverse for facility census and billing.
• Develop automations linked to Dynamics to generate invoices and track payments.
• Enable PayIt integration for invoices and payments reporting to Dynamics.
• Log check payments and reconcile with NCFS in the system.
• Implement case-management logging for invoicing communications (contacts, cases, invoices).
• Develop reporting for invoicing metrics and program performance.
• Create a robust ALM system with Development, UAT and PROD environments for seamless promotions.
