Power Platform Developer for Federal Programs

Job summary

Archer is seeking a hands-on Power Platform developer to deliver secure, scalable components for Federal program needs. You will build Model-Driven Apps on Dataverse, craft Power Pages experiences, and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for executive and operational users.

You will implement Power Automate flows, integrate with REST APIs and Microsoft 365, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• 2+ years building Model-Driven Apps on Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Pages sites.
• 2+ years creating Power BI reports and data models.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and enhance Power Platform solutions for DOI programs and operations.
• Build and customize Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse per designs.
• Configure Dataverse tables, security roles, business rules, forms, and data quality.
• Create and maintain Power Pages external-facing experiences.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports for executives.
• Build Power Automate flows for submissions, routing, notifications, and approvals.
• Support integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure, REST APIs.
• Follow ALM practices for source control, packaging, environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, architects, and users to translate needs into solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, tests, and releases.
• Troubleshoot defects, improve performance, and provide production support with escalation as needed.
• Create and maintain configuration docs, procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Apply federal security, privacy, records-management, accessibility, and governance requirements.
