Job summary
Mission Bridge Partners is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support a federal healthcare technology modernization program. This is a hands-on development opportunity – designing, building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications, automated workflows, and reporting solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.
The ideal candidate brings advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Apps development, with strong experience integrating Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps,
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced Power Apps design, development, and maintenance.
- Able to deliver complex business apps from requirements through implementation.
- Strong Power Automate and enterprise workflow experience.
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and integrating multiple data sources.
- Experience integrating with Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365.
- U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Power Apps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications.
- Build solutions for project management, portfolio tracking, and processes.
- Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot performance, security, data access, and integrations.
- Apply security, maintainability, and lifecycle management best practices.
- Manage backlogs and deliver enhancements per priorities.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows for processes.
- Automate manual tasks to improve efficiency and data consistency.
- Integrate workflows with Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and optimize automations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Integrate Power BI with Azure DevOps and other sources for portfolio management.
- Transform and validate data for accurate reporting.
- Create visualizations providing leadership with actionable insights.
- Integrate Azure DevOps data with Power Platform applications.
- Leverage work items, backlogs, and reporting for delivery visibility.
- Support collaboration tools and enterprise integration.
