Project Overview

• Seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design and build a comprehensive customer service portal using Power Pages and Power BI.
• This role will deliver a self-service platform that enables customers to complete product registrations, setup subscriptions, reorder products, track compliance status across different levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

• Configure Power Pages environment and security settings
• Design Dataverse data model and interaction with D365 systems
• Develop custom forms, views, and portal components

Project Execution

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Provide regular project updates and demonstrations
• Conduct user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Power Pages portal development
• Strong experience with Dataverse entity design and relationships
• Experience with D365 F&O and CRM using Power Platform
• Experience with customer portals using Power Platform

Project Experience

• Experience with CRM integrations (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Understanding of security best practices for external portals
• Experience with user authentication and access management

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory B2C
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics
