Job summary

CACI is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions that automate business processes and support mission-critical needs across a large program.

The role requires collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS.
  • 5–8 years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
  • Successful integration of Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and external systems.
  • Experience building secure, scalable workflow automation following best practices.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
  • Knowledge of governance, lifecycle management, and security within Power Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, users, and stakeholders to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online).
  • Develop automated workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Design and implement integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions following Microsoft best practices.
  • Develop technical documentation, solution designs, user guides, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide lifecycle support including enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to escalated service requests and resolve application, workflow, and portal issues.
  • Implement governance, security, and data management best practices.

The Opportunity:

Join a team dedicated to advancing national security through innovative irregular warfare and operations expertise. CACI is hiring a Power Platform Developer to join a very large upcoming program that will deliver mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support services to help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats.

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions that automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support mission-critical requirements. This position collaborates with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. The successful candidate for this position will develop enterprise solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, integrate multiple data sources, and provide actionable business intelligence while following Microsoft and industry’s best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers, users, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes, functional requirements, and technical specifications

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online

  • Develop automated workflows that streamline manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance collaboration across the program

  • Design and implement integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to support operational and executive decision-making

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices

  • Develop technical documentation, solution designs, user guides, and deployment procedures

  • Provide lifecycle support for Power Platform applications, including enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and transition activities

  • Respond to escalated service requests by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving application, workflow, and portal issues

  • Implement governance, security, and data management best practices within the Power Platform environment

  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve mission effectiveness and program performance

  • Lead complex development efforts and serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple projects

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

  • 5–8 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft solutions

  • Hands‑on experience developing solutions with: Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse (Common Data Service), and SharePoint Online

  • Successful integration Microsoft Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems

  • Experience developing secure, scalable workflow automation and business applications using Microsoft best practices

  • Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, solution lifecycle management, and application security

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification

Desired:

  • Experience supporting Combatant Command (COCOM), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community IT environments

  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines experience

  • Experience developing REST API integrations using JSON, JavaScript, C#, or .NET

  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or other Microsoft AI capabilities

  • Experience supporting enterprise IT service management environments
