Job summary

DSA Inc. in Orlando, FL, is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and sustain modern applications and data-driven solutions that accelerate automation and decision support across the enterprise.

You will lead development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, create Power Apps, and build Power BI reports and data models. You will integrate AI capabilities across apps and collaborate with stakeholders to iterate quickly while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with demonstrable delivery.
• Advanced Power Automate expertise and integration work.
• Solid Power Platform knowledge across Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse/SharePoint.
• Proven experience building secure, production-grade integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation; comfortable with rapid iteration.
• Requires CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Power Platform certifications PL100/PL300 or equivalent within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain modern apps and data-driven solutions.
• Lead development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, especially Power Apps.
• Build Power BI reports/dashboards and data models.
• Integrate AI capabilities (prompt-driven workflows, copilots) into apps.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver secure solutions.
