Job summary

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform & Workload Governance Consultant to build the enterprise AI governance foundation. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP, ALM, and CoE/Copilot Studio implementations.

You will also govern Microsoft 365/Azure workloads, provide policy guidance, and coordinate with AI/data teams. Remote work from the US or Canada is supported, with overlap for business hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise Microsoft platform experience with 3+ years in Power Platform administration, governance, or architecture.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and PPAC; quick navigation and setting implications.
• Proven experience with environment strategy, DLP design/enforcement, managed environments, and access control models.
• Hands-on ALM with Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps, including approval gates.

Responsibilities

• Configure and land environment strategy and landing zones with governance.
• Design/implement DLP policies and connector classifications; prevent unintended breaks.
• Lead ALM, packaging, versioning, and rollback with end-to-end test deployments.
• Deploy/optimize CoE Starter Kit and Copilot Studio Starter Kit; assess governance impact.
• Define Entra ID naming standards and security role models across environments.
