G3 Innovative Solutions in Washington, DC, is seeking a PowerApp Developer to build, maintain, and enhance secure BI dashboards and reporting tools for a federal customer. You will turn complex data into accessible insights that support operational decisions and continuous improvement.

The role requires in-depth BI skills, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to navigate a multi-phase SDLC with Jira. A Top Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of BI/analytics development and data modeling experience.
• U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data source connectivity.
• Experience with ETL, KPI development, and enterprise reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform integrations.
• Experience using Jira for Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Tunes performance of developed mappings to meet requirements.
• Works on multiple phases of the SDLC for BI platform.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Performs deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Uses Jira to report task progress.
• Leverages data modeling, DAX, and connectivity in BI solutions.
