Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a experienced Architect Premium II in Washington, DC to lead enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure stack. The role requires hands-on architecture, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable designs.

You will mentor developers, guide automation teams, and drive delivery through CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security and compliance across environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise application development and solution architecture experience, including 5+ years with Power Platform.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions using Power Platform components.
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio, AI/GenAI, and related Azure AI services.
• Experience leading technical teams and reviewing code in enterprise environments.
• CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Strong architecture, security, and governance practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle).
• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, RPA, and Azure-enabled solutions.
• Produce architecture diagrams, designs, integration patterns, data models, and deployment approaches.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring to developers and automation engineers.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Establish governance, security, data protection, and lifecycle management practices.
• Lead environment strategy, deployment automation, and ALM efforts.
