Qualifications

• 5.5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong Dataverse knowledge including security and integrations with Azure services.
• Experience in ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps for Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Power Apps solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline operations.
• Implement Dataverse security models and enterprise access controls.
• Leverage AI Builder and Copilot to enhance processes and user experiences.
• Design and optimize Power BI data models, relationships, and DAX measures.
• Ingest and transform data with Power Query from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data teams to integrate Power Platform with Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data services.
• Follow ALM best practices, including packaging, deployment pipelines, and source control.
• Configure security roles, data policies, and governance for solutions.
• Manage gateways for secure hybrid connectivity and collaboration with stakeholders.
