• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.

• Drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, efficiency, and profitability of multiple power generation facilities.
• Lead, develop, and manage plant staff to align with standards and goals.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production and performance targets.
