SpaceX seeks a Power Plant Operations Manager to lead the daily operation and performance of power generation systems supporting Starbase. This hands-on leadership role requires building and guiding a plant-operations team, establishing SOPs, and ensuring safe, reliable generation during startups, shutdowns, and outages.

You will coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and data-center style load management, oversee control room activities, and drive root-cause investigations to improve uptime

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years in power plant operations with startup/shutdown experience.
• Experience directing plant operations and supervising operators.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily power plant operations including startup/shutdown.
• Build and manage a team of plant operators and shift supervisors.
• Develop SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and shift turnover processes.
• Monitor plant performance: output, efficiency, temperatures, pressures, vibration.
• Coordinate plant schedules, shutdowns and maintenance clearances.
• Oversee control room operations with DCS/SCADA.
• Lead root cause investigations and safety/compliance work.
