BB8 Freight Company is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to haul high-paying freight across OTR and regional lanes. You choose where you drive, when you drive, and what you haul, with a 90/10 gross split on loads and no forced dispatch.

We provide trailers while you bring the power, offering easy onboarding and opportunities to reduce overhead costs while expanding your earnings potential across national routes.

Qualifications

• CDL-A valid license and clean driving record.
• Well-maintained tractor ready for inspection.
• Active Bobtail and Non-Trucking Liability insurance.
• Strong drive and commitment to on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer for OTR and regional lanes.
• Maintain logs, inspection compliance and monitor fuel efficiency.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accurate delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
