Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Lemoore, CA seeks a Power Maintenance Tech for 2nd shift to operate and maintain plant utility systems including ammonia refrigeration, glycol, steam, water, air compressors and power distribution. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrate instruments, troubleshoot and rebuild equipment to Leprino specs.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with boilers and refrigeration, ability to read schematics/P&ID drawings, and strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating utility equipment (Boilers, refrigeration).
• Ability to read schematics and P&ID drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting in electrical, welding, and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to train & lead other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant utility systems and support production processes as required.
• Rebuild/overhaul equipment to Leprino specs and standards.
• Respond quickly to equipment failures or downtime.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on utilities equipment.
• Calibrate instruments and devices; use alignment tools for PMs.
• Work with vendors and engineers on improvement projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow PPE rules.
