Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an on-site Equipment Technician in Round Rock, TX. You will perform minor repairs, maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment, report conditions, and demonstrate equipment to customers. This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic knowledge with repairing and maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment is needed.
  • Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tools applicable to the position is required.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills are essential.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
