Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler for our Itasca, TX and Midland, TX projects. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, applying construction knowledge to sequence work and forecast outcomes.

This role supports field teams and aims to optimize project delivery. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management (or related) and 1–3 years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules.
• Apply construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing.
• Identify potential scheduling challenges and support forecasting.
• Help project teams make better decisions through scheduling insights.
