Black & Veatch is seeking a Sr. Power Generation Project Engineering Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a multi-discipline engineering team across EPC programs, oversee design quality, budgets, and schedules, and interact with clients to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 11+ years related work experience.
• Active Professional Engineer licensure (PE) preferred to support engineer of record requirements.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-discipline projects with budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering activities across EPC or design services.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for projects.
• Support client interactions and pursuit activities as needed.
