Training includes 10 weeks of Basic Training and about 12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, with pay during drill weekends and access to tuition

Qualifications

• Must be at least a junior in high school or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must be able to enlist in the Army National Guard.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on tactical utility, power-generation sets, internal combustion engines, and related equipment.
• Adjust frequencies and voltages using technical publications to improve equipment efficiency.
